Cancellation and Make-Up Lessons

Purpose

This policy sets out the terms for lesson cancellations, refunds, and make-up lessons. By enrolling, students and parents agree to comply with these terms.

Cancellation Notice Requirement

All cancellations must be communicated in advance through the centre's official communication channels (WhatsApp). The applicable terms depend on the notice period provided before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellation Policy

✅ More than 48 hours notice
  • Student may attend a make-up lesson at a mutually agreed time
  • No fee forfeited
⚠️ Between 24 and 48 hours notice
  • 50% of the lesson fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable
  • Student must still attend a make-up lesson
  • Any fee difference must be paid if applicable
❌ Within 24 hours of lesson
  • Lesson will be treated as attended
  • Full fee will be deducted
  • No refund and no make-up lesson provided

Make-Up Lessons

  • All make-up lessons are subject to availability
  • Must be scheduled at a time agreed with the centre
  • The centre reserves the right to assign available slots

  • This policy ensures fairness to all students and maintains a consistent lesson schedule
  • The centre reserves the right to amend the policy with prior notice
